Check your piece against its authenticity card

Coming soon your piece should arrive with an authenticity card in the box. Compare the information on the card with the piece you received. If anything does not match, the card is missing, or you are unsure what to look for, email authentic@claudelakey.com.

Include clear photos of your piece and both sides of the authenticity card, if you have it. Tell us the model name and where and when you purchased it so we can help check the piece against the card.

Have an older piece?

If you own an older Claude Lakey piece, you can send us pictures to help check whether it is genuine, even if you no longer have the original box or an authenticity card.

Email clear, well-lit photos showing the piece from several angles, including close-ups of any logos, lettering, model names, or other markings. Include any information you have about its age and where it was purchased.
