Shipping Policy All approved orders will usually ship within two days of receipt of order. Return Policy Mouthpieces can be returned within fifteen (15) days of purchase for a full refund, less shipping charges. You must notify us of your intent to return any product by phone or email. Ship the mouthpiece(s) insured mail with a copy of receipt to the address listed below. Items returned in less than new condition will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
